From Fear to Flourishing with AI

From Fear to Flourishing with AI: An Embodied Workshop is a 2-hour immersive experience designed to help participants shift from fear and uncertainty about artificial intelligence toward curiosity, creativity, and hopeful confidence. The session is co-hosted by Experiential Movement Lab Geneva (EMLGE) and Mia Jafari, innovation strategist and author of Collaborating with Life: Re-awakening Human Innovation in the Age of AI.

The workshop begins with an introduction to Mia’s seven life-centered innovation principles, exploring how our relationship with AI can evolve from fear-based reactions to conscious, co-creative partnership in service of human and ecological flourishing. This is followed by a guided embodied exploration using EMLGE’s movement-based methodology, allowing participants to actively sense, reflect on, and reframe their relationship with technology in a grounded and experiential way.

Key takeaways include

  • Transform AI anxiety into creative curiosity and hopeful confidence.
  • Engage with AI in grounded, embodied ways that align with your deepest values.
  • Activate life-centered principles to shape AI in service of human and ecological flourishing.

The session concludes with informal networking over drinks and light snacks. The workshop is donation-based and open to Impact Hub members and the wider community, with registration required.
