Creating Safe & Brave Spaces for a Thriving Organisational Culture

Join the IHCH Connect – Input + Network Series, where the Swiss Impact Hub ecosystem comes together for inspiration & networking!

Creating Safe & Brave Spaces for a Thriving Organisational Culture – hosted by IH Basel

In this last hybrid session of the 2024 #IHCHConnect series, we will explore the power of psychologically safe environments in an interactive lunch & learn session. We will dive into potential differences between “safe spaces”—where individuals are free from judgment—and “brave spaces”, where each and one of us is encouraged to engage in courageous conversations with mutual respect. Both are relevant to promote openness, trust, and growth. Through interactive discussions and real-life examples, we’ll gain some practical advice to create environments where everyone feels valued and empowered to contribute authentically.

As part of the event, we’ll also hear inspiring pitches from startups in our programmes, who will share their innovative projects. Afterward, there will be time for networking, providing you with the perfect opportunity to exchange ideas, discover synergies, and connect with the broader Swiss Impact Hub community.

> The event will take place at IH Basel and online. Free for IH members!
