The complex challenges in your life require a new approach…
There’s something in your life that you’ve been working on. You start. You stop. You start again. You are ready for change, but you can’t seem to make it stick.
There are times in your life when you experienced a shift or got a different outcome that proved that it can be different. What you doubt is that you are capable of sustainably manifesting that shift. You know you can create positive change in your life. What you aren’t sure is how to create change that lasts.
Creating change that lasts is like any other thing in life: you must learn and practice the skills to create and maintain the thinking and behavior patterns that support your goal. Often the process seems magical and feels impossible because our inner processes are invisible. Because we don’t learn about them in school, as with science or language, they seem ambiguous, the steps unclear.
Fortunately, our processes for inner development aren’t magic. They are invisible and sometimes mucky feeling, but once you learn the techniques and begin embodying the skills, you manifest extraordinary change in your life.
Together we co-create a nourishing and connected environment to tap into the invisible processes that underlie your transformation
Transformation involves unlocking previously unavailable actions and often becomes available when the environment fosters connection where people become deeply present to themselves and each other.
As you become more present to those things, it opens up a capacity for agency and choice; together we bring this quality of presence into a learning experience.
My goal in this workshop is to help you learn to become your own agent of transformation and to create more connection in the world.
