Edward Boon is a teacher and consultant who provides simple and practical marketing advice to entrepreneurs and small businesses.
He has worked with major brands (e.g., Hugo Boss, Lacoste, and BMW) and at the digital startup First Europa (a spin-off of eBookers).
He is currently a professor at Webster University Geneva. His research has been published in leading business journals, including Business Horizons and Tourism Management.

Erika is an entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality and travel sector, as well as in corporate consulting. She led her creative agency, labelV, building a strong foundation in digital, marketing, and brand communications before moving into sustainability consulting.
As a Sustainability Consultant with Mission: Net Zero, she guides hotels through certifications and upcoming regulations, while also supporting reputation management and evolving stakeholder expectations.
She holds a Master’s in International Relations from IUHEI and has completed advanced studies in Business Sustainability Management, Circular Economy, and Sustainable Tourism. Passionate about nature, well-being, and personal growth, she regularly engages in outdoor activities and embodied practices.
