From Fear to Flourishing with AI: An Embodied Workshop is a 2-hour immersive experience designed to help participants shift from fear and uncertainty about artificial intelligence toward curiosity, creativity, and hopeful confidence. The session is co-hosted by Experiential Movement Lab Geneva (EMLGE) and Mia Jafari, innovation strategist and author of Collaborating with Life: Re-awakening Human Innovation in the Age of AI.
The workshop begins with an introduction to Mia’s seven life-centered innovation principles, exploring how our relationship with AI can evolve from fear-based reactions to conscious, co-creative partnership in service of human and ecological flourishing. This is followed by a guided embodied exploration using EMLGE’s movement-based methodology, allowing participants to actively sense, reflect on, and reframe their relationship with technology in a grounded and experiential way.
