Vita will guide you through a variety of traditional and non-traditional yoga movements to develop functional ranges of motion and a deeper sense of body awareness.
This Hatha Yoga Flow is a smooth fusion between the faster sequences of vinyasa style, and the toned-down pace of the classic Hatha style. With its manageable pace, this class places its emphasis on safe alignment and the maintaining balance of synchronised breathing, while still building strength, stability, and postural integrity as much as other flow-style classes.
