Monthly Skillshare – Learn to Manage Stress Better!
Please note that for this Skillshare, we invite you to bring your breakfast!
Let’s discuss topics / challenges that matter to you! Skillshare is designed for you, members of our community! Each month, one of our members or a special guests holds an event to exchange tips, ideas, informal education or training opportunities with the whole community and build solutions together.
Impact Hub Geneva member, Delphine Wolf, will host a Skillshare on October 30 at 10 a.m. around the topic of stress. If you want to learn tips to better manage stress, things you can apply easily on a regular basis, Delphine will be happy to share some of the techniques she uses for herself and her clients!
- Quick tips and tools which are easy to apply to deal with stress, especially in reducing your internal stress
- Members: Free, Non-members: CHF 10 (cash, to be paid at the event)
- RSVP by letting our letting our Community Catalyst know you’re coming, here.
About the Presenter:
Delphine Wolf is French, from Lorraine. She is nearly 47. At about 40, she felt she had to change something in her professional life, so after many years at a big international company working under constant pressure, she decided to quit, take on a new challenge and became an independent coach. She is now a holistic coach, doing individual coaching and holding workshops on stress and self-confidence. Delphine works with individuals and mid-sized companies looking to help their teams be happier and have more serenity at work.
