Biliana is a social innovation coach and consultant helping individuals, teams and organisations do things differently in order to achieve innovative results. Her work with startups and established organisational environments across South-Eash Asia and Europe has enabled her to gain an extensive understanding of the skills needed in working with millennials, across diverse cultures, and across silos. She designs, processes and supports teams in their innovation & change quests. The teams she has been working with has been awarded multiple innovation awards. Biliana has a background in Sociology; Leadership Innovation & Change; and Executive & Organisational Coaching.
