Meaningful Breakfast Conversation: “Building a Movement of Global Governance”
At a time when multilateralism is under attack and it is difficult for businesses to navigate in an increasingly unstable world, the need for strong and effective global governance is greater than ever. After three ebbf members won the New Shape Prize of the Global Challenges Foundation last May, they are working with many others to build a movement for global governance to reduce global catastrophic risks.
We shall discuss some of the many ways that everyone can contribute positively to the forces of integration in the world.
About the speaker – Arthur Dahl
Arthur is a scientist, a retired senior official of UN Environment, and a long-time board member of ebbf. With his project partners, he is just completing a book on “Global Governance and the Emergence of Global Institutions for the 21st Century” to be published by Cambridge University Press later this year
