You are warmly invited to a meaningful conversation on:
IMPROVISATION, the way to go from team building to team being.
“When shift happens”
We are living in times which show us how little control we have, where we are expected to find quick solutions to increasingly complex questions, to work together and to collaborate when we haven’t actually been trained (or educated) to do so…
How do we engage in togetherness and learn to co-create when we have been shaped by competitive environments? How do we shift from resisting or being afraid of new or unexpected ways of thinking or doing? How do we reduce our “mental noise” so we can welcome new insights?
Participants will be invited to join in a short collective experience on how play(fullness) and improvisation can address these questions.
About the speaker – Noga
Originally a lawyer, practicing law in companies for many years, Noga decided to reorient her
career and devote herself to artistic projects and sharing her “tools for growth”. Through her
practice, she has developed the “sonoga” pedagogy, drawing on ancestral traditions and many
other sources. This pedagogy focuses on improvisation and body-voice connections, and is at
the centre of the teaching at Catalyse, the school Noga founded almost 15 years ago. More than
130 students enroll each year, attracted to its multidisciplinary and innovative approach to
singing, theatre and improvisation.
With her “ImproViz” workshops, Noga regularly works in organizations of all shapes,
sizes and sectors to improve relationships, collaboration and well-being, which in turn
impact positively individual and collective performance. As a singer, Noga has also released
several music albums and regularly performs on international stages.
